IED Group offers both turnkey and consignment manufacturing solutions. To facilitate our procurement process, we are linked to our key suppliers and their inventories. This allows us to quickly locate the most cost-effective supply channels. Our volume and factory direct purchasing power is passed on to our customers, reducing overall cost.

Consigned inventory is audited and verified before being sent to the assembly floor. Customer supplied materials are given dedicated storage for each project.

IED Groups 16,000 square-foot facility is located in Southern California, home to many hi-tech customers and suppliers. Our modern, state-of-the-art facility enables us to provide complete, turnkey solutions for our customers. We have the capacity and the expansion capabilities to handle any size project.

Our facility includes some of the most advanced equipment available, including numerous high-speed SMT machines, selective solder, automated optical inspection (AOI) and x-ray equipment. Our production capabilities also include testing and control measurements to ensure that the products we build meet our customers’ requirements for performance and quality.

IED Group’s workmanship conforms to IPC-A-610E Class 2 & 3 standards. With our anti-static flooring, ESD coats, foot straps and wrist wraps, we conform to ESD S20.20-2007 protocols.
